Jett Barbecue at Sentosa GrillFest

Portion of Texas Style Dino Ribs

I didn't even realize it until I got down here, but there is a food festival running in Sentosa for a couple of months, with these first few weeks focused on barbecue stalls up and down the beach. There were a number of familiar names there, like Papi's Tacos, L'EntrecĂ´te, The Quarters, BreadFirst Everyday, and Meatsmith, but I was focused on one called Jett.

This was because it is normally a delivery-only service, with the smallest package serving 3-5 people at a double century price tag. Here, however, they offered a tasting portion for S$19 (US$14). It was pretty expensive for what you got above, but it was tender, fatty, and well seasoned enough that I might consider ordering from them one day if we have a larger group to feed.
