The Yakisaba Bozushi from Chiyoda

Yakisaba Bozushi

I went back to Chiyoda for the grilled version of the saba bouzushi tonight. And yes, the fish had a roasted taste, although not as much as the brown colors in the photo might suggest. The thing that I liked more was from the seasonal platter behind it, as there were some plump, firm, and rich cuts of buri in the back. I'm not sure if it was really buri or a cheaper hamachi though. The label said buri.
