The Hokkaido Pork Katsu from Imakatsu

Hokkaido Pork Katsu

I haven't been to Imakatsu in ages. I guess it is a bit like Enishi in that it's a place that I quickly tried once and then totally forgot about it afterwards. But I was reminded about it recently, so I came by today for a quick lunch. The good thing was that the tonkatsu above came out pretty quickly, featuring meat that was decently fatty and moist. Broadly speaking, I liked it, although I was a bit surprised to find that some of the underbelly was a bit soggy. In that sense, I still prefer Tonshou.
