
Chiyoda had this suzuki sea bream special available today, so I grabbed a box along with some tachiou hairtail cutlassfish. The former was much leaner and honestly a bit boring, whereas the latter was distinctively richer, even if not as much as my favorite engawa flatfish. Maybe I'd appreciate the suzuki more as part of a proper dining course rather than eating a cheap takeout version on the park bench like I did today.
