If I read it correctly, "Serindia" refers to Xinjiang. And while I have no idea what
niang refers to,
Xibu Mahua (or more likely, Alijiang next door) is doing this plate that was a lot like
Shaanxi liangpi. And it was just as deliciously refreshing.
More importantly, it looks like Xibu Mahua has been expanding, with a new outlet at
PLQ, as well as now six different noodle widths at your disposal. I really hope that they stick around, especially since the quality of their beef is much fattier and tender than
Shejianjian's.
