Here was a refreshing - if slightly watered down - bowl of
Shaanxi liangpi that I got from a stall called Jia Jia Le Cuisine. Their menu had a number of northern Chinese items on it, including
roujiamo, and the food court signage above it even calls it "China Cuisine." So I was surprised to find just now that Jia Jia Le stalls are focused on local Nyonya food instead. I wonder if it's only their Koufu Queenstown outlet that breaks away from that then.
