Tai Cheong Bakery's Silky Eggs With Rice

Silky Eggs with Rice, Roasted Pork, and Pork Belly

We were at Takashimaya Singapore's food hall this morning when I saw this prominently displayed on Tai Cheong's menu. The photo looked pretty good, but it wasn't the savory thing that I was expecting. Instead, it was mildly sweet, and with bits of cartilage in there too. I didn't bother to finish it, but at least the tea was potent.
