Imagine if TamJai SamGor and Keming Bing Sat had a baby. That would be this place. Ostensibly, it serves rice noodles from Hong Kong like TamJai SamGor, but it's actually a chain from Shanghai that also serves cha chaan teng snacks. And now there is an outlet at VivoCity (1 HarbourFront Walk #01-167, 8223-2971).
The bowl above was edible enough, but neither the broth nor noodles were as edgy as TamJai SamGor. Granted, I went for the mild spicy/sour options above, in part because it was the menu's recommendation, but also since I am still a bit scarred by TamJai SamGor's weird scaling. I'd like this better if it were spicier.
