With meetings behind me, it was time for some local barbecue, and this shop was nearby (5122 NC-55, 919-251-8669). They said that they were known for their pulled pork, so I grabbed that plate above. I only realized after I ordered it though that it was Eastern-style. Even though they provided a bottle of vinegar, it wasn't anything that got me too excited given how lean it was. I didn't care too much for the lukewarm and slightly sweet hush puppies either. But I was happy to eat the collard greens, and the staff was friendly. In retrospect, I should have ordered their fish.
