IPPUDO is offering this special now, featuring a cold tom yum broth. It wasn't very sour though, so it was really just a spicy broth thanks to that generous helping of red chili oil on top. The broth was plant-based too, which I would not have known had they not mentioned it. Either way, it was refreshing, especially when garnished with things like mint leaves and diced tomatoes. The noodles in the bowl were nicely textured too, even if I am not entirely sure what "original chewy mochi mochi noodles" means. They should put this on their permanent menu.
