Bubble tea really isn't my kind of thing, but this one sounded so interesting that I wanted to try it. I've grown to like bittergourd despite it being off-putting to most people, and I've always liked coriander. Somehow this shop had the idea to combine those with tea.
To my surprise, it was a little acidic, which I think was because they used green apples to form the base of the drink. Sure, one could taste the cilantro, but there wasn't much of a bittergourd taste. And no, I didn't request any sugar, so this was basically just a green apple and cilantro drink, and kinda refreshing at that.
