
Oh so that Pang guy *does* do leichafan! It was buried on the menu at his yong tau foo stalls. And it was good, as he didn't hold back on the salt. That meant that it wasn't just the green broth that was crisp and salty, but also the crispy and punchy ikan bilis. It all made it much edger than competing renditions. Yes, it was very good and is one of my favorites.
