So the
guy behind Pang's Hakka Noodles has opened a curry stall at the corner of Telok Ayer and Boon Tat (121 Telok Ayer Street). Even though it didn't really stand out that much, it was still pretty good with its delicate yet
rich, savory, and mildly spicy gravy (and I kinda liked that sour dark chili sauce that they offered on the side). When they first handed me this plate, I told myself that it would be best not to finish that gigantic heap of carbs, sodium, and fried food. Yet somehow I still ended up demolishing it all in minutes.
