Duck Confit

Here was the duck confit from Joséphine, which I haven't been back to in a few years. Yes, I liked the deliciously crispy skin and tender meat inside, as well as the Lyonnaise salad that I started with. But I wasn't a fan of the service today, which means that it might be another few years before I go back.
