Peach Garden at OCBC Centre in Singapore
I am not sure if I've been here before, but it;s one of those large Cantonese restaurants serving banquets over multiple courses (65 Chulia Street #33-01, 6536-7833). That included that braised abalone and sea cucumber platter above, as well as that roast duck and steamed fish in the background.
They were fine, but none of them got me excited either aside from a humble chicken soup that was savory and piping hot. There was a nice view from two-thirds of the way up at OCBC Centre, but there was also a long traffic jam waiting to go up and down the skyscraper today given that the elevators were being serviced.
