I'd never heard of these guys until I saw them at a distance at Hong Kong airport (Terminal 1 airside). It turned out to be a Michelin-listed shop from
Shanghai featuring Aussie and Kiwi beef. That "double
smashed" burger above was decently beefy, but the fries were more crisp than they were tasty. I like the attitude of this place though, and will come back next time I pass through
HKIA. Note to self: get their normal hamburger given that it features a much bigger patty, while opting for a salad instead of those fries.
