I don't usually associate Hong Kong with burgers, but nonetheless this shop from up north is down here now (30 Victoria Street #01-09), and it's pretty good. The menu says that their namesake burger features "crispy beef," but they basically mean smashed. And the good thing was that they smashed them with lots of onions, giving the rich and beefy patties and extra earthy taste without any offensive raw bite. Yes, I liked it, and will upgrade to the triple patty next time. They also have a more classic version featuring a "thick beef" patty and lettuce, but I suspect that I'll prefer the smash burgers instead.
