A Light Dinner at Putien Tonight
I love Putien. Not only is their signature seaweed above becoming a regular and requisite thing for me, but today I finally tried their 100 second stewed yellow croaker. The fish today was small but very delicate and perfectly done in that ginger and scallion broth. Also, I'm a little surprised to hear myself saying this, but I've grown to like bitter gourd so much that I devoured an entire plate their braised bitter gourd tonight, especially with its hint of smokiness. This place is just wonderful, and I'm glad that there are multiple outlets around the island to make it convenient to eat at.
