How cool is it that not only are there more and more Yunnan restaurants popping up in Singapore, but also that Shi Miao Dao has resurfaced at Suntec (3 Temasek Boulevard #B1-126A) after having shut down their stall at VivoCity several years ago. Today, I went for their original guoqiao mixian above, which admittedly was pretty boring, especially given the minimal chicken fat on the broth. But I'm still coming back, not only for the other broths available, but also some interesting side dishes that I saw on the menu.
