So I've rotated through a few of the other bowls available at Siye Niula, particularly the suancai version above, as well as the mala one. Admittedly I wasn't a huge fan of either, as they were both a bit overpowering, and honestly they kinda overcook their noodles here too. But they certainly were generous with portions. I still have yet to try the hongshao or stir fried versions, so stay tuned for those.
