If I had to guess, this place next to Chao Chao Gyoza probably makes most of their money from alcohol sales (103 Irawaddy Road #01-06, 6909-6238). But they also had a food menu, featuring Filipino dishes like sisig.
And what really caught my eye was a special list of items featuring Dagupan bangus milkfish from the Philippines, including a sisig version. I knew what I had to get.
It was delicious. Sure, there was a bit of fishiness in there, but it was also savory, tasty, and citrus-y enough to inhale quickly. Yum, my mouth is still watering as I write this.
