I didn't realize until after I arrived tonight that most stalls at Pek Kio Market & Food Centre are closed by the evening. Only a few stalls were open, so I went for the oyster omelette from this stall (41 Cambridge Road #01-45). Yeah, I liked this savory and chewy (and also sour and spicy after dipping in the hot sauce) grease bomb. I should try coming here for lunch next time.
