The Neba Neba From Ootoya Singapore

Nebaneba

I only realized when I looked it up just now that neba neba is an onomatopoeia in Japanese, just like shabu shabu is. And in the former's case, it's describing the sound of slimy things like natto, okra, and tororo. At Ootoya, they threw that all into a bowl with a gooey egg for you to mix up and slurp down. It's delicious, making for a nice complement my usual basil chicken salad there. It's a definitely much healthier way to fill one's belly than your typical rice and soup set.
