I finally got around to trying the dry noodles at
Mazilu. It was better than
Shejianjian's, as they didn't dress it in a sweet sauce. Instead, it was up to you to use the vinegar and chili oil on your table to perk it up. The meat was rather lean and dry, but at least they chopped it up so that it wasn't as noticeable (and they gave a big bowl of their soup to go along with it). It's better than the
weird stir-fry option at Shejianjian too.
