Sushiro is running this sea urchin dry ramen special right now. At S$8.50 (US$6.15), it's cheaper than
Seizan's version, but the portion is also maybe only a third or quarter of theirs. Plus, these noodles were sadly clumped together, even if I was rather happy with the much more pronounced the
uni taste in this. Note to self: don't bother with the mapo eggplant again.
