The Ishiyaki Chaofan from Bari-Uma

Ishiyaki Chaofan

Here was the ishiyaki chaofan from Bari-Uma, which was a pretty darned small bowl considering what they charged, but at least the shrimp were surprisingly fresh. I preferred Kagetsu's teppan itameshi either way.

BTW, it may be a bit hard to see in the background, but those gyoza were bottom-side up. Yes, there was almost no color on the bottom of those things, making them disappointingly soggy. What a letdown, especially given the decent experiences previously. I nearly sent them back.
