I finally tried one of Zhengxin's burgers today, and it was pretty good. There was quite a bit of mayo in there, but it kept everything moist and even with an edgy mala taste despite not being red in color. The chicken was tender too. It wasn't as cheap as Shiok Burger, but it was better. Plus, it came in a cute "Chinese Burger" box.
