
This chain of fried chicken kiosks from China has opened up a couple of outlets in Singapore. They feature little heart-shaped pieces of "chicken steak" tossed in a powdered seasoning of your choosing, like chili pepper, cumin, tomato, and even sweet plum. The batter was a bit thick, but the meat was tender inside, and they laid out a few of those powered seasonings on the counter if you wanted to spike it more. Admittedly though, I don't know if I'll get it again since it was kinda heavy. They also had other items on the menu including fried chuanr and even burgers.
