I don't what the provenance of this shop is, as I could find nothing about it online (1 Tanjong Pagar Plaza #02-56). But it was interesting since it is a little takeout counter without any seating, and is only open for 2.5 hours each day. The good thing is that this bowl did the job of getting salt, fat, and carbs into my belly. But I would rather go for a sit down place like Kajiken rather than having it in takeout form.
