I noticed this shop earlier when I was eating at Diandin Leluk, and it looked promising (371 Beach Road #01-15). So I went back for a meal after the F1 race before going home tonight.
They have a good variety of fillings to choose from, with the Spanish mackerel ones in the background being listed prominently on the menu. Yes, the filling was delicate and was wrapped in a chewy but not super thick skin. More importantly, the condiments were all on point here. In that sense, I liked it better than Yuen Kee, as I prefer mine undressed like they do here. I was happy with that tofu skin in the foreground too.
There were a number of special dumpling fillings available that give it an edge over places like Du Du Dumplings. The fact that they are open until midnight also makes it a good refueling stop at night too.
