Singapore's Wanting Kimchi at Tang Plaza

Addictive Apple Kimchi and Wild Fermented Lemonade Concentrate

This kiosk is pretty cool in that it's a local small batch kimchi shop doing things like the "Addictive Apple" kimchi on the right, not to mention a wild fermented lemomade concentrate on the left. Yep, the former is based on apples, and it's impressively spicy at that. Now, it wasn't cheap at S$15.90 (US$12.40) for that little tub, but I'm sure that rent can't be cheap at the newly renovated basement of Tang Plaza either (310 Orchard Road #B1-27). I'll go back for it, although I'll pass on the standard issue cabbage version as it wasn't salty enough for me. Gagahoho is still my choice for that one.

I'm amazed that after so many years, you are still posting! Still, it's nice to know that this blog is around when so many have moved on to IG and Tik Tok. :) and yes, I came across this again when I was looking out for NUS Business Canteen dumplings.
