
Here's the bone marrow toast from Scarpetta. They were quite generous with the marrow, if skimpy on the bread. Still, they provided extra bread for their namesake post-pasta sauce mopping. My noodle selection today was their aglio e olio special, which came with some crispy guanciale on top.
I liked how they kept the noodles firm, but like before, it was a bit heavy on the salt and oil. They also could have browned the garlic a little more. Now I am going back to the office with some hefty garlic breath for my teammates' enjoyment.
