I'll admit; I suggested this place for lunch today because I saw their ads down at the train station (10 Farrer Park Road). There were some concerns about whether the food would be watered down given that it was in front of the Holiday Inn's pool and naturally had to appeal to a range of tourists. But I was happy with what they brought out today, be it the chaat, kebabs, or curry. Granted, none of it was anything special either, but I liked that they had an option for "tossed rice": it was like jeera rice but configurable with ghee and podi instead.
