What's up with all of the fried chicken kiosks from China lately? Here is another one in the basement of Bugis Junction (518 North Bridge Road #B1-K5). They offer a number of chicken parts like ribs, necks, and gizzards, as well as non-chicken items like green beans, sweet potato, and glutinous rice cakes. I didn't get their signature "cartilage" (which seemed to just be a butterflied rack of chicken from what I could see), but those "thigh bites" above were edible enough despite lacking any crispiness after sitting in that paper bag. The seasoning worked, as it was decently spicy, if borderline sweet.
