So it looks like the folks at Royal J's have renamed themselves to Dynasty Fried Porridge, and now have an extension at the MarketPlace@Expo food court in front of Hall 5 (1 Expo Drive). The portion that I was served today had fewer spring onions scattered on top, and I'm not sure if the wok tossing really added much more in terms of taste. But being in that hot claypot did allow for a quasi-soccarat/nurungi to form at the bottom, even if starting with a wet porridge made it more of a thick glue-like consistency. It was still fun to scrape off with a spoon.
