
The Divine Chicken Pot stall at 313@Somerset was advertising something called "burning noodle" from Yibin in Sichuan, which sounded interesting enough. It was only a few minutes after I ordered it did I realize that I had already tried this from one of their other outlets many years ago...and I didn't like it. It wasn't that bad this time though, as it tasted like dandanmian with minced meat in a salty spicy peanut mixture covering slightly overcooked noodles. I'm not sure why they put chili padi on there though given that the chili paste on the side was more potent and fragrant.
