
Did that BU by Shen Xi chain rebrand itself to Butangwang Herbal Soup? If so, then it looks like the menu was fine-tuned a bit too. Now they have a black olive rice that was salivatingly savory, which is a big improvement over the horrible condition of the white rice from my last visit. That soup was nice too given that this one had an ultra peppery broth in addition to those tender slices of pig and fish stomach. I was happy with this.
