Hotel breakfasts aren't exactly something to get too excited about, but my little hotel today had a selection of grilled fish available. And my horse mackerel above did the job nicely with its crispy skin and delicate taste, all while complemented with a bunch of my other favorite things on the tray, including mentaiko. It's nice to have such simple but delicious breakfasts.
