Robatayaki Saizō Iidabashi in Tokyo, Japan

Gindara

That probably doesn't look like much in the upper left hand corner, but that was one of the best pieces of gindara I've had (4 Chome−3−4 Iidabashi, 050-5448-6282). Unlike most renditions, this one wasn't drowning in sweet miso. And yet, the fish was so moist and delicious that I was trying to get as much I could off those bones as I could. My teammates mackerel in the background looked impressive too, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Either way, grilled fish places like this are awesome.
