That probably doesn't look like much in the upper left hand corner, but that was one of the best pieces of
gindara I've had (4 Chome−3−4 Iidabashi, 050-5448-6282). Unlike most renditions, this one wasn't
drowning in sweet miso. And yet, the fish was so moist and delicious that I was trying to get as much I could off those bones as I could. My teammates mackerel in the background looked impressive too, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Either way,
grilled fish places like this are awesome.
