We walked into this place for a quick team dinner after work, and it was delicious (60-5 Teheran-ro 81-gil). They
specialized in pork, but I was confused at first as to why some of the cuts that we had were red in color. It took quite a while before realizing that it was because it was Iberian pork! No wonder why it was so nutty and rich. I liked it so much that we got another order, gobbling it down with things like julienned pickled chili peppers and finishing it off with a beany soybean stew with rice. Awesome.
