The team picked this place at the Korea City Air Terminal for lunch today (22 Teheran-ro 87-gil, 02-539-0107). The shop specializes in a stone-grilled galbi, but somehow I ended up with a braised version instead. It was still good, being nicely tender while sitting in a thick and decently spicy red stew. It went great with the whole grain rice, even if it was a little sweet. The puffed rice cracker kept it fun too.
