Here's another udon chain from Japan. It's the typical assembly line and tray setup inclusive of a spread of tempura, but they also had
oden and
onigiri to choose from, not to mention a wide variety of garnishes at your disposal, including two different types of crispy bits. The food itself was otherwise similar in texture, taste, and quality with the likes of
Tamoya, in a good way. I only now realized that they have some interesting specials though, so I should try those if we end up coming back to one of these.
