The team running
SOTPOT has opened up a
gomtang place where
Mad For Garlic used to be (3 Temasek Boulevard #02-300). It was fast, with everything caming out in pre-arranged trays. That meant that one only got a limited amount of kimchi and leeks, but that wasn't as bad as it sounded, as it was already decently seasoned. My
naju gomtang above featured good quality beef in a savory broth. It couldn't compare to
Handongkwan, but it was better than
Gagahoho and
Tasty Seoul, thus making it the best one on the island.
