I've always liked the idea of
local fish farms running their own food stalls. This one is from the
Ah Hua Kelong folks at a kopitiam out at 171 MacPherson Road. Naturally, the fish was fresh, and the broth was light and savory. But none of this so mind blowing to make it worth the trek all the way out there. I am kinda curious about the dashi broth upgrade that they offer though.
