I didn't realize this until I looked it up just now, but Armadillo Willy's is
from the South Bay. And given that I'm not likely to make many
runs to Texas anymore (and
other barbecue epicenters are not going to be on the radar much either) this small local chain was going to have to suffice for now. The good thing was that the brisket on the side was decent, especially since we asked for the fatty cuts. But those ribs were dry in some parts, and were even almost jerky-like. I'll avoid those next time.
