The folks behind Coucou at Suntec have opened up another hotpot place on the ground floor of the Lazada One building (51 Bras Basah Road #01-03, 6022-0116). This one does individual pots though, with two compartments for a standard issue mushroom soup plus your choice of another broth. I chose the suancai option, which turned out to be a mistake as it was sweet (!). And unfortunately, the condiment bar was rather limited and lacking things like red chili oil, thus making me regret not paying two bucks more for the mala broth. The ingredients were of decent quality at least, but I'll probably stick to the more affordable Shi Li Fang for single serving pots.
