So
Tapas,24 has S$35 (US$26) lunch sets on Thursdays and Fridays. And one of the choices available is a single-serving of
paella. Clearly they cooked it in batches in the back and ladled it out for the purposes of lunch, but those pearly little beads of rice were still delightfully firm and savory. I've gone back twice for this, despite
what the Valencians preach about single-servings and seafood. I'm also quite a fan of the sauteed mushroom starter that they have on the menu.
