I've never been to Gaggan in Bangkok, but I was able to get seats at his casual offshoot down here tonight (43 Craig Road, 9654-4351). He served a fusion of Indian and Mexican cuisine here, and things like that crab curry above, as well as a curry ceviche came nicely together. My only gripe was the use of flour tortillas in the tacos and quesadillas. But it was all of good quality.
