Claypot Valley (Shabaofang) off Mohamed Sultan in Singapore
This place next door to Yong Bak Kut Teh is apparently run by a Jumbo Seafood alum (221 River Valley Road). And as the name suggests, they serve lots of different kinds of claypot dishes, including not just their signature claypot rice, but also things like a black pepper pork (sans rice) in a scalding hot stone pot, and even paofan bubbling away in one too. The quality of the ingredients is pretty good, with the Iberico pork above being nice and tender, sitting on top of firm long grains of rice that scorched up nicely underneath, all propelled with a good squirt of that thick dark soy sauce for extra body. I normally don't eat claypot rice very much, but I suspect that I'm going to be eating more now.
