Luke's is doing
another local collaboration, this time with a indoor farm called Artisan Green that supplied hydroponically grown cilantro. To be sure, the taste of the cilantro and sour cream was pretty mild, but that's not an entirely bad thing since I still wanted to taste the firm and briny lobster meat after all. Still, I would've been just as happy (and ten bucks richer) going for just the cheapest
shrimp roll too. I guess that I'm just a sucker for
limited time offers.
